Every order is packed in Australia and shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75, calculated after any discount. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your address.
- We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as we reasonably can. Dispatch can take longer during peak periods and sales, if an item is out of stock, or if an order needs verifying.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. The carrier estimates 2–4 business days to most metro areas, and a little longer for regional areas. If your delivery is delayed, contact us so we can investigate. Using a carrier does not remove our legal obligations to you.
- We ship to every state and territory in Australia. We don't ship overseas.

Returns & refunds
We do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. This does not affect your rights when goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
