These terms apply to purchases from Pudel Pty Ltd and use of pudel.com.au. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Information and Privacy Policy.
1. Orders and payment
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be authorised to use your chosen payment method.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation. Available payment methods and the total payable are displayed at checkout.
If a product becomes unavailable or a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you promptly to arrange an agreed alternative or a refund for the cancelled items and any shipping charges no longer applicable. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
We may decline an order before acceptance if payment cannot be verified or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Any payment taken for an order we decline will be refunded.
2. Prices and promotions
Prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST. Delivery charges and the final order total are disclosed before payment.
Price changes apply to future orders, not orders already accepted.
Promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, expiry dates, exclusions and discount-combination rules displayed with the offer. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes to an offer do not remove benefits already validly applied to an accepted order.
3. Product information and safe feeding
Our dog treats are supplementary food, not a complete and balanced diet or veterinary treatment.
Read each product description and label, follow feeding and storage instructions, supervise your dog while eating and provide fresh drinking water. Choose products appropriate to your dog’s size, age, chewing behaviour and dietary needs.
Ask your veterinarian about suitability if your dog has a medical condition, allergy or dietary restriction. Stop feeding and seek veterinary advice if an adverse reaction occurs.
Natural products may vary in colour, shape, texture and size. They must still be safe and consistent with their description. Feeding guidance and natural variation do not limit our responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Delivery and order changes
We currently deliver within Australia. Shipping options, charges and any applicable delivery estimates are displayed at checkout or in our shipping information.
Contact us promptly if you need to amend or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact woof@pudel.com.au so we can investigate and arrange any remedy required. Using a delivery carrier does not remove our legal obligations to you.
5. Returns and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains how to report a problem and request a remedy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer guarantees or rights to refunds, replacements, compensation or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
No order-value liability cap or replacement-only restriction applies to those rights.
6. Accounts and website use
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activity, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or personal information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. This does not remove your rights relating to an existing order.
We take reasonable care in operating the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. Intellectual property and reviews
Website branding and content belong to Pudel or their respective rights holders. You must not reproduce them commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
You retain ownership of reviews you submit and permit us to display them on our store and make formatting edits that preserve their meaning. Only submit content you have permission to share.
We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or fraudulent content. We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable photos or videos in advertising.
8. Privacy and marketing
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Making a purchase does not, by itself, require you to subscribe to marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Necessary communications about your orders may still be sent.
9. Changes to these terms
Updates apply prospectively from publication. The terms applicable when your order was accepted continue to govern that order.
If a provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to you.
Please contact us if you have a concern so we can work towards resolving it. This does not restrict your right to approach an appropriate court, tribunal or consumer protection agency.
