Backstrap is the long ligament that runs along the neck: connective tissue that is a natural source of collagen and elastin, dried into something that lasts. A proper workout for the jaw, and a quiet hour for you.
Best for moderate to strong chewers with adult teeth. Supervise, size the chew to the dog, and take away any piece small enough to swallow whole.

30–90 minutes depending on breed size and chew style. Best enjoyed as a long-lasting treat or enrichment activity.

Feeding
Treats are a reward, not a meal. Keep all treats to about 10% of your dog's daily food, and a little less for liver, which is rich. Feed alongside their regular diet with fresh water out.
